My WordPress Dreams & Nightmares!

I'm in the process of creating a new blog on WordPress! This is exciting for several reasons, but at the same time has been very time draining and has put a small dent in my bank account.

There's a lot more to WordPress than I ever realized! So many possibilities with widgets and plug-ins, so much confusion to go along with it. If not for a few friendly people on the web, I would never have had the guts to go through with this. It's like a whole new world and one that has caused this seasoned blogger to doubt her intellect a time or two! Not that I ever thought I was a human brain, but I would like to think I can still problem solve and teach myself anything I have a desire to learn. With that said, the brain stretches I've had to endure through this experience have been very good for me!

I have little doubt, but that this will all pay off in the end! With WordPress I've bought my own domain name which will provide a lot more opportunities for paid blogging. My only concern at this point is whether I'll have the new blog in a comfortable place before starting a part-time job in a couple months? I have a loooong way to go! Wish me luck. I can't wait to unveil the new blog to my readers very soon! It's all very exciting. ; )
